Who is this retreat for?

-For anyone who longs to meditate but struggles to sit still and is curious to rediscover stillness through playfulness and joy,

-For people who are seeking a deeper relationship with their breath, body, and innate wisdom.

-For those craving a pause from the demands of everyday life to reconnect with themselves in nature.

-For those who value community, authentic connection, and personal exploration.

Our practices are rooted in Buddhist, Vedic, and Sufi philosophy, as well as the earth wisdom of the Andean tradition.

This year, we are nestled in the hills neighboring Hanging Rock

Our space features a beautiful barn house with a cozy barn loft offering bed nooks. It is located near the waterfalls of Hanging Rock, surrounded by the beauty of nature, offering a wide view of the hills nearby. There is a horse barn on the property with two amazing horses.

Please note that this is a bed nook sleeping area, not a separate dwelling or bedrooms.

We have limited camping spots available
